Dr. Patni partners with Hope & Healing Cancer Services to provide on-site palliative care services. She is a board-certified geriatrician and wound care specialist and founder of Innovative Geriatrics in Lisle, Illinois. Dr. Patni provides care for patients with complex medical problems, including palliative care services. She helps patients and their families navigate this extremely vulnerable period of their healthcare journey, centering her efforts on the comfort of her patients.
